Composite core


With annual output of 35,000 tons, mainly used for diapers and other absorbent materials.

Role of composite core: the core body made by use of special composite material absorbs faster, stronger and is hard to fault after breaking through traditional processes. It fully meets the needs of babies learning to walk.

Production process of composite core: the first layer of air-laid paper, the second layer of polymer absorbent beads, the third layer of fluffy non-woven fabric, the fourth layer of polymer and the fifth layer of air-laid paper; common diapers on the market are a combination of polymer and fluff pulp, and are relatively easy to fault, but the structure of air-laid paper and polymer is not easy to fault.    

We have also achieved new breakthroughs in the composite core body produced by us in terms of preventing polymer leakage and water absorption process
